My God, prostrated before you,
in the presence of your sweet Mother and of the Celestial Court,
I pledge myself solemnly to be faithful to you
and I offer myself joyfully as a holocaust to your Merciful Love.
Consume me in the flames of your sacred love,
this love that makes saints.
Because of my great weakness, help me, oh my God, I beseech you,
to keep this promise which I make to you today,
of being always ready at your call.
If it is necessary, remind me, oh my God,
I beg of you that I no longer belong to myself,
that I have ceased to be of this world
in order to be one with you forever.
I give you all I possess and all that I am.
The gift that I make of my will is total and final.
May your grace give me the strength to be faithful to this vow
that I pronounce before you today.
